PACE AND PEDAL DUATHLON Note: The 4.6 mile running portion of this race is on a non-paved trail. The 10.3 mile bike course will be on paved roads.*Participants can register individually or as a two-person team (please register together if participating as a team).*A bike helmet is REQUIRED during the biking portion of the race.*For your safety, no earbuds/music will be allowed during the biking portion of the race.*Finisher's medal for all individuals who complete the duathlon (including team).*Participants can select to purchase a t-shirt when registered by April 24, 2024.
